Squair India opens new Mumbai office as workforce and services grow
The team currently processes an average of 45,000 AWBs per month for GSAs and global partners.

Squair India, the Mumbai-based subsidiary of Squair specialising in AWB data capture services for airlines, has opened a new office in Andheri East, Mumbai, following rapid growth in its workforce. The company, which started in late 2022 with 3 employees, now has 25 staff supporting 31 airlines worldwide and expects to reach 29 by the end of 2025.
The new 185 m² office, located near Mumbai International Airport, doubles the size of Squair India’s previous premises and is designed to provide a collaborative workspace while maintaining close proximity to the city’s air cargo hub. The team currently processes an average of 45,000 AWBs per month for GSAs and global partners.
“Our success in India is the result of a deliberate strategy: building long-term expertise in data capture where talent and infrastructure are strong, and aligning that growth with the global ambitions of Squair,” said Dimitri Arnaudin, Managing Director of Squair. “India is no longer just a support centre; it’s a cornerstone of our future growth and innovation.”
Ian-Alexandre McMartin, General Manager of Squair, said, “Our scalable team in India enables agile responses to airline needs with high-quality service. By reinforcing our presence here, we are securing the operational backbone that will allow us to expand our service portfolio and support our partners with greater efficiency worldwide.”
Squair India is also integrating sustainability and inclusion into its operations. The company is fully paperless with a cloud-based IT system, its office location supports shared transport, and two of three management roles in Mumbai are held by women. The subsidiary plans to expand into new services such as producing cargo sales reports.
