CargoAi has announced that its CargoMART eBooking platform can now connect directly to major AI platforms including ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini and other tools that support the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

The company said the integration allows freight forwarders, airlines, GSAs and logistics teams to access CargoMART functions from within the AI applications they already use for daily work. Users will be able to search and compare air cargo rates, review flight options and departure times, analyse all-in costs, create shipments and book with more than 105 airlines without switching between multiple systems.

CargoAi also said the integration extends shipment visibility across more than 240 airlines and enables customers to build AI agents that can automate operational workflows. The company described the development as part of a broader effort to expand its intelligence layer across the air cargo ecosystem.

According to CargoAi, the capability has been developed using experience accumulated over seven years of AI-related work in the air cargo sector. The company said the objective is to reduce operational friction by allowing teams to interact with cargo booking and tracking tools through conversational AI interfaces.

The announcement reflects a growing industry trend toward integrating logistics platforms with large language model ecosystems and AI assistants. By connecting booking, tracking and workflow functions directly to AI tools, CargoAi is positioning CargoMART as a platform that can support both human users and automated agents in managing air cargo operations.

The company said customers interested in connecting CargoMART to their AI tools or large language models can request a demonstration.
