Seattle, December 23, 2014 (STAT):-UPS announced the addition of three buildings and the expansion of another in four North American locations, boosting its supply chain solutions network size by nearly 1.2 million sq. ft.
Stephen Hydrick, UPS vice president of North American distribution commented “These investments are needed to not only support our existing customers and their growth but to also create capacity to support our new business expansion. As our customers grow, we will continue to find and invest in solutions.”
Rapid growth of customers in the high-tech, industrial manufacturing and retail industries fueled the demand for new or expanded facilities in Mira Loma, California; Hebron, Kentucky; Louisville, Kentucky; and Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
