The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA) has surpassed 500 members globally, marking a significant milestone in its growth and ongoing mission to represent and connect every sector of the international air cargo industry.
This achievement reflects TIACA’s expanding influence and commitment to fostering collaboration, innovation, and sustainable development across the air cargo ecosystem. Members now represent a diverse cross-section of the industry, including airlines, airports, ground handlers, freight forwarders, GSSAs, shippers, logistics providers, technology innovators, drone operators, industry suppliers, and government agencies, from every region of the world.
“Reaching over 500 members is a clear sign that the global air cargo community values TIACA’s work and believes in our mission,” says Glyn Hughes, Director General, TIACA. “Our growing membership base demonstrates the importance of having one global voice advocating for all parts of the industry, from small operators to major international players. This milestone strengthens our ability to deliver even more value to members through advocacy, education, and engagement.”
In recent years, TIACA has broadened its global presence and strengthened industry engagement through initiatives such as white papers, the Sustainability Awards, the Air Cargo Sustainability Roadmap, the BlueSky Assessment Programme, an online Training Library, and a growing line-up of industry events, including the Air Cargo Forum and the Executive Summit. To further extend its outreach, TIACA has also appointed Regional Representatives in Latin America, India, China, and the Middle East.
“This milestone is not only about numbers, it’s about engagement, inclusivity, and global representation. TIACA continues to grow stronger because it brings together every part of the supply chain under one collaborative platform, focused on innovation and progress,” says Roos Bakker, TIACA Chair.
During the Air Cargo Forum 2025 held in Abu Dhabi, November 3-6, 2025, TIACA formally welcomed new Trustee Members: CargoCrew LLC and Dubai South, and Corporate Members: Amazon Air Cargo, Magma Aviation, SolitAir Cargo, Turkmenistan Airlines, and TAC Innovation.
TIACA continues to welcome new members from across the air cargo value chain who share the association’s vision of a connected, sustainable, and resilient global industry.
