ECS Group signs Total Cargo Management contract in South America

In a groundbreaking move, ECS Group has signed a historic Total Cargo Management (TCM) contract with JetSMART Airlines, a prominent low-cost carrier group in South America. This four-year partnership, which commenced on January 1, 2025, marks the first-ever TCM contract in South America with a regional airline.

Under the agreement, ECS Group will manage nearly 25,000 flights annually across JetSMART Airlines' operations in four countries: Chile, Colombia, Peru, and Argentina. This significant undertaking will see ECS Group establish dedicated commercial and operational teams in each country, all coordinated through its state-of-the-art control tower in San José, Costa Rica.
