DHL Express announced the appointment of Andy Chiang as Managing Director, Hong Kong and Macau, DHL Express as well as a member of the DHL Express Asia Pacific management board.

Chiang succeeds Ng Chee Choong who assumes the role of Managing Director, Taiwan, DHL Express, says an official release.

Chiang brings 30 years of experience in various country and regional roles at DHL Express, the release added. "He will report to Ken Lee, CEO, Asia Pacific, DHL Express, and will continue to be based in Hong Kong."

"It is my great pleasure to welcome Andy Chiang to drive the future of DHL in Hong Kong and Macau," says Lee. "With his strong track record within the network and expertise in finance, I am confident that DHL Express will continue to grow tremendously while further solidifying its status as the region's express delivery and logistics leader."

DHL Express Hong Kong was established in 1972, and serves the city's logistics needs through the expanded Central Asia Hub, four DHL service centres, and approximately 750 retail outlets and service points, the release added.
