WiseTech Global acquires Finland-based Aktiv Data
WiseTech Global has acquired Aktiv Data, an electronic customs and freight forwarding solutions provider in Finland.
Founded in 2006, Aktiv Data offers a cloud-based freight forwarding and customs system called nTrax, and freight forwarding, bonded warehouse and waybill products.

nTrax supports multiple local and transit customs procedures with a direct message exchange to the Finnish Customs office.
Aktiv Data’s operations will be integrated within the WiseTech Global group and remain under Kaj Svarvar, CEO, Aktiv Data.
