MSC Air Cargo to expand commercial team, ends deal with ECS
SC Air Cargo is enhancing its commercial
Mcapabilities and global presence,
emphasising its dedication to meet evolving
client needs. Jannie Davel, SVP of Air Cargo
at MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company,
announced the termination of their partnership
with ECS Group effective February 15, 2024.
MSC Air Cargo previously collaborated with ECS
Group as their GSA in North America, Europe,
and Mexico. Additionally, MSC Air Cargo is
expanding its fleet by acquiring a fifth Boeing
B777 production freighter, slated to join its fleet
by the end of Q1 2024. Operating under the
Italian air operator's license obtained through
the acquisition of AlisCargo Airlines, this new
aircraft will be stationed in Milan, serving as MSC
Air Cargo's second European gateway.
