The international airport serving Shanghai city handled 3.4 million tonnes of cargo in 2023, an increase of 10.4% YoY.
2. Memphis International Airport (MEM), United States
The airport located seven miles southeast of Downtown Memphis in Shelby County, Tennessee, handled 3.8 million tonnes of cargo in 2023, a decrease of 4% YoY.

Remained on the top, Hong Kong International Airport handled 4.3 million tonnes of cargo in 2023, an increase of 3.2% YoY.
