Previously based in the Bangkok downtown office, Dachser airfreight operations are now fully integrated with the company’s global airfreight network, improving both communications and efficiency.
“We manage our own airfreight operations in Thailand including cargo handling, customs clearance, local cargo collection and distribution enabling us to cater for all the needs and requirements of our customers. The new office enhances our operational efficiency in all areas now that we are based at the airport,” said Christophe Vincent, managing director, Air & Sea Logistics Thailand.
In Thailand, the company is also a member of the Thailand Airfreight Forwarders’ Association (TAFFA) and CASS. The move follows another recent development in Laem Chabang deep sea port city, where Dachser recently moved to bigger premises to sustain its strong growth in ocean and air forwarding activities.
