Aug 29, 2016: French airline Chalar Aviation to operate two daily flights between Hamburg Airport and Antwerp and the route will be served with the comfortable 19-seat Beechcraft 1900.

This route between the two port cities is very popular with business travelers.

Belgian carrier VLM Airlines had suspended flights on the Hamburg - Antwerp route with immediate effect on June 11 as a consequence of the company’s insolvency.

Chalair Aviation is now taking over the route.

The airline, specialised in regional aviation, is a partner of the Air France/KLM frequent flyer programme.
