Mrs. Harpreet A De. Singh is the Head of Quality Management Systems for the entire organization of NACIL which is the merged identity of erstwhile Air India and Indian Airlines.  She is involved with formulating policies, processes and procedures for organizational and operational areas which include Cargo operations.

She is also Addl.General Manager-Training and imparts DGCA approved Technical training for all pilots, flight engineers and flight despatchers on all aircraft types.  She heads the Human Factors Cell and is also a CRM facilitator and LOSA Manager for conducting Line Operations Safety Audits.  Mrs. Singh has earlier won various awards including the Bharat Nirman Award, Swarna Jayanti Award of Aeronautical Society of India and the Outstanding Young Person award from Jaycees.  She has recently been honoured by The International Forest of Friendship, Atchison, Kansas, USA, for her exceptional contributions to aviation and her name has been engraved on a stone in the forest.

She has presented many papers and made presentations in various international conferences.
